What do you do with the the writing that never made it to the end?

How long do you hold onto it? If you lost it, if it disappeared, or if you threw it away, would it matter? Are there only three projects: the one that is made or being made, the one you are working on now, and the one you are waiting to do?

Someone once said that there is something wrong with a project that isn’t moving forward. There’s a reason. If it is just blocked, why hasn’t it been finished?
