More than One Want

Story is driven by a character wanting something. But that doesn’t mean they have only one want. They can have multiple wants and the pursuit of each of those can be their own individuals stories.

But these multiple wants can be obstacles to each other. Your characters may not be able to have them all and must prioritize them. And eventually, they may have to let some of them go.
